The Ermine is an Arctic Weasel whose winter coat was prized by monarchs and aristocrats.
Ermine fur is a symbol of nobility and luxury in Europe and Britain.
In medieval times, the white with black flecked winter fur was primarily worn by the Nobility to show their wealth and status.
Long and slim, SIR WALTER is low to the ground and lanky like all weasels.
