Dazed and Confused is a Keknek beauty!
Keknek carves these chunky, tattooed, furrowed and channeled beings that are nearly beyond description!
The inlaid yellow eyes are the lifeforce of a Keknek carving.
Almost all Gjoa Haven carvings are a matte black with hits of light green and the occasional copper freckles.
This is the type of stone available locally in Gjoa Haven.
Clayton's subjects often have an extraterrestrial look like Dazed and Confused but their hearts and spirits are humorous and playful!
Gjoa Haven carvers have a Signature look which is unlike any other style of carving in the Arctic.
